What is queening?!

So I've always had this saying that if I see something new I'll throw 50p at it. Well me and my new gf were browsing through a toy site and came across a queening chair and for the first time in a long time I've got absolutely no idea I've never even heard of queening tbh. Can any of you shed some light as to what and maybe the how? Lol

Probably so that it is more comfortable for the lady, imagine squatting for a period of time at a certain height it can get uncomfortable.
