Everyone will tell you lube is the most important thing. It's not. Its about trust, relaxation and patience.. and then lots of lube!

You need to be able to relax your muscles to enjoy, and you can't do that without trust in your partners and yourself! Communication is key. As is lots of foreplay to help relax the muscles. As an experienced top I can give you pointers.

Make sure you have been toilet, number 2, and douche after too. Otherwise risk of it getting dirty and killing the mood.

You need your bum then relaxed and your whole body. Best starting positions are you either lying on your front with head comfortable on pillow, or lay on your side.

In one of those position, if they are fine to rim you that relaxes bum, then let them relax you with a finger slowly inserted and kept still. If you are tense in your body, it will tense your bum and you will feel more discomfort.

Then get them to slowly slide cock bit by bit in you, stopping at each point and staying still for a short time, then slide further in. Once fully in, just make them keep still a little longer then slowly start thrusting and build it up.

You may potentially feel little discomfort but it goes, along with any possible burning feeling from lube. When they are in you or pulling out you may get urge to push like you would in toilet, don’t just keep relaxed.

You then have a good chance of enjoying this and not put off from the start, I have successfully broke in few inexperienced bottoms if things are followed. Hope this helps, enjoy

The most important thing is to want to do it, don’t be forced into it or feel obligated or you won’t ever relax enough.

May I suggest that you take a couple of aspirin (30 mins beforehand) or couple of paracetamol (about 1hr beforehand). This will make it more pleasurable as you won't have to worry about any pain when being penetrated. As others have said, have a good douche, use plenty of anal lube, and enjoy!
