Profile Advice

Hey sorry for the cliché forum post for profile advice. I've been on for some time and I'm not exactly having much interest, now I know my pics are on a friend's only basis but apart from my pic issue how is my profile in general. Any advice is appreciated.

I know you say pics are friends only but would you be happy at least having a profile picture? It doesn't need to be public, you can change it back to friends only or private once you have set it to your profile picture.

Unless the message content is AMAZING, I automatically delete any message from a silhouette profile without looking at their profile, and have seen plenty others say the same on the forums.

Agree with ^you deffo need a pic as public ,I wouldn't read a message from a blank shadow

Can be something non identifiable.

I'd also get rid of the 1st bit of your profile about why you haven't met .If you're sending random friends invites out,most people aren't keen on those ,just to see your pics .

You will always struggle without public pictures...there's even a filter to block picture-less profiles!

We think having at least a profile picture should be mandatory, there just isn't any excuse not to have one!

Agree what the others have said, pic is a must - bio is a slog to get through so maybe think of the format.

There’s a lot about what you want & not much on what you could offer to others.

Hi OP, I think your profile’s great and am surprised it’s not getting a lot of interest. If it’s a true representation of you then you shouldn’t change a thing.

As you're asking for opinions I'll give you my honest one. If you sent me a message (obviously not saying you would) I'd probably not open it. No profile pic, and the bio is really lengthy.. Nothing wrong in saying what you're about. But I get bored scrolling unless there's a great pic to catch my eye.

Honestly? I wouldn't accept the FR, nor open the message without some form of profile pic, and a message. If he sent one (hopefully face), then I'd take that obviously into account. The reality is that it's such a numbers game on here, and there's so many guys messaging.... Yep, that old chestnut

Maybe OP needs to rethink his tactic of having all his pictures hidden and then sending friend requests to people he’s attracted to so that they can accept his friend request to see his pictures then. I’d have thought women would have been more than willing to accept a friend request from a complete stranger but from what you’ve said it sounds like I was wrong, along with OP as he obviously thought so too.

Unfortunately lots of people will delete messages from a shadow profile regardless of whether photos have been included in the message & without looking at the profile

Also most aren't looking for something regular, yes it happens but most aren't actively looking for it and that preference taking up most of your profile could scare some of the already limited pool or prospective people off

If someone has public pics like myself, why would i accept a request off someone with no pics? Not only have they gotten to look through ny public album and message/request me knoiwimg whst i look like, but if i accepted they get a shit ton more pics for their wank bank and in return i get 1 face pic...to go along with the 100's of cock shots

Sorry, my post was meant to be a joke, it obviously didn’t come across like that though, it’s always difficult to express sarcasm in text. I have also been in trouble in the past for accusing people of having ulterior motives, and given a ban, so I thought sarcasm would avoid getting banned again. Obviously OP’s intention is exactly what you’ve described, it’s a pretty transparent way of attempting to see women’s friends only pictures and I doubt he has much success with it. I’m sure he thought he was being clever and saw it as a guaranteed way to access more explicit pictures and he’s probably shocked that no one’s accepting his friend requests.

Well as you're asking... Blurry profile pic, every profile pic is one of your dick, you spent 30 secs composing your bio. It looks/reads like you cobbled it all together in under a minute?

Recommended - Better pics, give your bio some actual thought, say what you're seeking? (mad idea I know!)... 2/10 - try again?... Yes, mine is also terrible! But I'm a lone fem so I could write any old crap (I do!), and still get a response...

We find friend requests from people without any public or profile pictures ridiculous.

We might accept your friend request when you were offline just to have a look before deleting and blocking you though so it’s a rather pointless way of hiding from “pic hunters”.

Your bio is long and all about what you want.

Nothing about what you would bring to the party.

Don’t know why I’m wasting my time with another “how’s my profile” (look at me!) to be honest.

Probably avoiding the gym
