We prefer if people say, we are all adults and nothing to be ashamed about, doesn't mean we'll want to play but it's ok to chat.

Had a few over the years recognise us that have said and there is no awkwardness. There's probably alot more that have recognised and not said anything tho.

There are quite a few single guys on here with a lot more reason to hide than we have.

You could always try option C.

Send them a message with a face pic but don’t mention you recognise them. If they don’t block you and they message back they might want to meet.

Personally we’d just block but others might be different.

If they have face pics in public folder they probably don't care about being recognised so it's probably more about whether you want them to know you are on here.

If its the scenario where you're chatting then they send a face pic privately first then I'd personally block and move on

We were in The Range the other week and Char clocked a guy kept checking her out. When we got home he'd messaged saying that he'd been checking out the "who's near" and looked at our pics just before he went in the store and was amazed to see us wandering around. We were a bit disappointed that he didn't say hello.

We're totally okay with being approached if anyone recognised us, so long as they had the common sense to not do it if we were with other people.

We live in quite a small place amd have been messaged loads of times to say..saw you in asda/tesco today or up town etc..we would rather they didn't do that because I kinda puts me (fem) off going back wondering who recognises me/us lol.

I've been approached by a guy in public who recognized me from here. It wasn't around other people so I didn't mind.

I've had many messages from people who recognized me then tell me where they saw me. I don't mind that either. But usually they then expect we are going to meet, which I do mind lol.

Personally it wouldn't bother me if someone recognised me but I'd rather know, I'd prefer them to approach me on here with a face pic (the only time I'd expect a face pic with an initial message) & just say hi, I don't want to make things awkward, I'm not expecting a meet but I spotted you on here & I thought it was only fair I let you know, I won't take offence if you feel the need to block me & your secrets safe with me so no need to feel awkward next time we meet in real life etc

Obviously not possibly if they've blocked single men

Depends entirely on how that person approached us.

Blatantly, publicly and loudly, not a chance in Hell we'd engage in conversation.

With a lot of discretion, we'd be more likely to chat, even it was just a "hi, feel free to message us on Fab" and leave it there.

But that backfired on me once. I was in Tenerife walking along and coming towards me was a woman who I recognised from Fab. She was a online friend but would not know my face. I must have looked like I was going to talk the way I was looking at her. But only said morning and kept walking

. When I got home I messaged her and she could remember me saying hello. She said why the hell did you not introduce yourself? Her and her friend had hired a flat and were dying for some cock. Basically she would have took me back to the flat and the two of them would have screwed me.

So much for good manners.

Ive had 5 cases in the past where ive recognised people from work or school and ive got in touch not saying i know them, but for 3 of them i said it was me and been all good even some online fun with them.

Even for 2 others my motto is whats on fab stays on fab.

On a previous couples profile my partner at the time had a public facing job. She was quite distinctive looking and despite having no face pics on the profile we had several messages saying 'I saw you'.

It is creepy as fuck, do not do it.

I was in London around 6 weeks ago in a pub with my 30 year old daughter and unbeknown to me there was a social meet going on, when I was queuing at the bar the lady behind me started chatting as we waited, she seemed vaguely familiar. Later I was outside and she approached me and mentioned she knew me from the Heathrow socials, my daughter caught some of the conversation but I passed it off as knowing the lady from work.

I think it depends how you recognise them and how you know them. If they have loads of face pics then they're clearly not bothered about being recognised. Pop up and say hi if you're on friendly enough terms with them.

If you recognised them from a poorly blurred out tattoo or from their living room curtains because you live opposite, then they're clearly not open to being outed.

The odds on someone recognising you on here increase greatly if you have clear face photos, easily identifiable ink or live in a tiny village that you list as your location on your profile.

It's easy to avoid all of the above of course.

If you do recognise someone then put the shoe on the other foot and think how you'd want someone to react if they spotted and recognised you. If you'd like them to be respectful and maintain discretion then say nothing. If you couldn't give a shit of course that doesn't mean they won't.

Of course the chances of someone strolling into work on a Monday morning and saying "hey guess who I saw on this swingers site I'm on" are pretty slim. Likewise the same if you bump into someone in a club. But if it did happen then the only chance of you being able to deny anything or attempt to maintain some privacy is if you haven't outed yourself in your profile.

Moral of the story? Be careful what you display and also who you share personal and private info with. You don't need to share every detail of your life with others to swing.

*oh - and my answer is B of course.
