Asian or South Asian

What do people who are specifically interested in Asians (in the UK sense of the word ie Bangladeshi, Indian, Pakistani etc) search for in the advanced search options?

Do you search for South Asians or Asians?

Technically speaking, the more precise term is South Asian but I think I might be slipping under the radar if I list myself as such should most people be searching for "Asians" instead.
