Please ladies

Have anyone been prescribed these by their GP and been able to actually go a full week with them staying put

Was prescribed them 10 days ago and have already had 2 come off in as many days

Before I return to my GP moaning lol can anyone please give sensible advice on them and keeping them in place

Like every female I bath daily as showering isn't an option and tho the box says it's fine, it clearly isn't

Have tried so many things etc but to no avail

I don't quite know what they are but if they're anything like nicotine patches, I used to use micropore tape to keep them on.

I gave up on them and went back to tablet form.

Absolute nightmare trying to keep them in place, they would come off nearly everyday which made them completely not continuous
