I’d like to get that first verified meeting as I’m really struggling to get anything from the site as despite being quite active with messaging people they seem reluctant to reply to unverified people, which seems to leave me in a “chicken and egg” type of situation.

I have been on the site before on a previous profile which was verified via club meets but the past few years have made clubs meets to be non existent due to the continued restrictions.

I really feel that once that first verification in person is your profile then other people are more likely to consider you rather than see you as a non genuine fake or time waster.

Unfortunately it's a massive loop that you need to break, and you are correct things are harder now but not impossible. Don't give up hope we have met our fair share of non verified members and been there first. I'd say personality wins out. But you are correct it'sore re assuring with a veri.

I don’t understand why females and couples can be verified via a web cam but males must be via a meet.

That all important first meet or even webcam chat to get verified... Clubs can be a good bet for meeting people off Fab and maybe getting that all important verification...

Why not try putting a meet up for a social drink in a popular bar/pub in your area and ask anyone who would like a drink to pop in and say hello.

I've tried this to help out people in my town, a few of all types just have a drink in town, say hi, who you are and either leave or have a chat. No one turned up, I was blocked by some (laughable) and a couple of (didn't realise the time until it was too late) , I'm not sure I'd do it again tbh

Because all a cam Veri proves is that you are a bloke and I can't think of any incidence of a woman pretending to be a man to get wank fodder.

not sure it makes alot of difference for a single guy, we look for verified couples or women so we know they arent men pretending, so a mans verification means little other that you will turn up, so go to a club, most are open now, of a social
