Are you getting the message asking you to allow the camera?

I had this, kept saying it was blocked, turned out to be the privacy option on my microphone, nothing to do with the site.

You may need to install adobe flash player. That's what we had to do and then it started working x

Depends if you are using mobile or desktop. If you are on mobile, the best browser to use is Firefox; chrome and Samsung's own will just show the dreaded grey box. I found this out about a month ago on another post.
