The Fabulous Fab: Catch 22

Heya,

Just airing my thoughts, any assistance would be greatly accepted.

Catch 22 “ an impossible situation because you cannot do one thing until you do another thing, but you cannot do the second thing until you do the first thing”

Feel like fab is fun for those having fun, but to start having fun is like a catch 22

Examples:

I have no verifications or planned meets and so this prevents me from getting meets or verifications … splendid

This is not a dating site, so one must persist with conversation however it gets to a point it feels like “first dates” …. Wonderful

“Must to be discreet!” … but I must also send a picture and not get one back …. Great stuff

“No instant meets!” … but also send a message saying come fuck me at 8pm and it’s 7:30 so I decline …. Delightful!!

- How do I get round these C22 situations!!!?!

For the record, outside of fab I do pretty well. But I want to get into the swinging side of things …. Any advice on profile/communication etc would be FAB

Go to a club to get you started with meets/friends/verifications.

Then you will have broken the C22.

Club side of it I guess makes perfect sense. As I first timer probably best to jump straight into the deep end

Go to an organised social then. Basically a meet up in a pub with likeminded people. If you do well on the real world as you say; then this should be a good environment for you to start and get verified.

Organised social or a club as others have said. We all have to start somewhere, and make an effort to get your foot in the door. You state that this it isn’t a dating site, some might use this as a dating site, everyone can choose to use fab however this wish I don’t think it’s a negative thing to want to get to know someone you could potentially be meeting. X

Nooo I 100% agree, just to show the minefield of differences which I’ve come across.

I personally enjoy a little chat before anything, because once I start … it’s like opening Pandora’s box and people need to be prepared
