How do I find a bi guy in my area to help me with a domination scenario with a sissy ..without explaining all to every message for privacy reasons

I should imagine you’re going to get a lot of messages off the back of this so I’m sure you’ll find what you’re looking for.

Why would you explain all to every message anyway....surely you wouldn’t be interested in everyone who messages you so just reply to the ones you are interested in. Get to know them a bit and then explain all when you feel comfortable doing so with one of them.

Changing the bio in your profile would be a start as it currently says you’re interested in meeting couples and females and not males...
