I have a certain problem. I am so sexually aroused all the time that i do not have an out or way to help myself with others. I cum too quickly! Stupidly sensitive aswell. I have tried to coach myself with rings around myself but even then i have problems with cumming too quick. I am "a one hit wonder" as they say and it really peeves me off that i have no staying power afterward. If there are any coaches out there with any help, advice or techniques to share then please message if you so wish. It just makes me feel like a full on failure and that i am not really being noticed either on here is not helping. But that is another degree altogether.

Nope. Testosterone levels play ahuge part in this. This is why the teen years are full of boners and the oap years are not.

The hormone levels need to be measured to prove this, as all males are different, but the young adult years are your prime.

Small doses of anti depressants have been known to calm the sensitivity. Speak to your GP.

As mentioned above, extra safe condoms are quite often thicker, losing a bit of sensitivity.

No real advice but coming quickly is a thing that all blokes do. It happens for no apparent reason and there's little warning when it does.

Yes with practice/experience you can start to control you orgasm with your PC muscle, but as said you could be seeing the same woman that you've had sex with time and time before, and for no apparent reason pop - you just have to laugh sometimes.

It may be easier said, though if you view it as a problem rather than something natural and just enjoy what's going on, then you could in time move past it and realise time isn't as much a factor as much as a good sex is.

Perhaps it’s an age thing but I’ve been dropping a quart tab of viagra before a meet for years, apart from keeping me hard it really delays an orgasm. So much so that lady’s are often disappointed if I don’t come.

I think there is a difference between normal and common experiences of coming quickly due to being so excited or because you haven't ejaculated for a while or because your penis is overly sensitive at times VERSUS a continual problem of rapid ejaculation which can turn into a sexual problem for some men resulting in worries before, during, and after sex and turning the whole experience into something negative for you rather than something enjoyable and pleasurable. If you think it is more the latter than the former, I would encourage you to seek out some specialist psychosexual therapy where you can actually be taught specific skills to deal with this.

I too cum quickly but I dont get beat up about it. I am fortunate i can go again soon after and then i can last.
