So I’m going to try this and and see how it goes…. The idea is to put your self up as genuine and reliable and let the couple/girls/tv have a look at your profile in the hope of making something happen….

What makes you genuine ? You have no verifications in over a year . We would say a genuine person would be someone that’s actively out at clubs and making socials.

The only way you’re going to prove that is by meeting/camming with people. There’s a lot of guys who think a site like this is a gateway to easy casual sex and simply putting yourself up as genuine proves nothing, even if people do peruse your profile and give it a thumbs up. I’d suggest being open, honest and actually talking to women properly on here is more likely to get your card marked as genuine even if it can be difficult to get yourself noticed amongst the sausage fest you ladies seem to get posted into your inbox, no pun intended….

totally agree! I’m not even tempted to read someone’s profile if it’s headed Genuine - without at least a few recent verifications. OP get to a local social and chat to like minded people, in the hope of some verifications. Honesty is good and clearly stating what you can offer someone, as in time, how often, what you liked about their profile and how you may be looking for the same thing. Showing a genuine interest in who you are messaging, rather than just trying to get your end away. Have fun x

Our litmus test is do they make the effort to attend socials, clubs or parties.

Do they understand the words 'make a bit of an effort'

Can they hold a conversation and know not to just touch when the get a rush of blood.

Add ‘quality over quantity’ and men saying ‘treat her with respect’ in verifications to that list. I don’t get why so many men feel the need to write this in their verifications, surely it’s a given that everyone should be treated with respect when they meet with someone. I wonder if there’s ever been a case when someone was about to meet someone and was planning on treating her disrespectfully until he read a verification on her profile saying that she should be treated with respect so he decided to be respectful instead.....

This is genuinely interesting. For me I find my profile appears to attract very little attention, no matter what I've done to tweak it over time. That being said I tend to dopretty well from organised socials and club meets where women have had the opportunity to weigh me up in a relaxed, unpressured environment. I've come to the conclusion that I'm either a) pretty poor at selling myself in writing and/or just another of the sea of single males. Either way it would be really interesting to hear the opinions of the single and attached females as to how i come across on my profile and would appreciate the time taken to have a look and comment.

(Zero interest in what men think if I'm honest - no disrespect).

A really good thread (albeit perhaps not in quite the way the OP may have intended) and I agree with just about everything said in the comments. However I 'genuinely' don't see what is wrong with couples and women doing their own searching and saying "single men, we'll find you". If I was a couple or single woman wanting to meet single men, I'd definitely not open my inbox up to getting potentially hundreds of messages a day. I'd imagine it would feel like a full time job just going through them!

Everyone on here is "Genuine" and the same as "Discrete" or even "Selective" or even "Profesional" or a combo of them all and seems a fair few now view this site as a strictly "Sex"n site and so if you don't and don't want to butt uglies with everyone who can type a semi lucid message you are no longer classed as "Genuine" and marked down as a timewaster/fake or up your own bum or to demanding ???? but do agree the single males do get a lot of stick and mostly due to overwhelming numbers of "Here's me cock fancy a fumble and a fuck " gang ! xxxx
