Are you single ? Do you want a swinging partner to couple up with?

How seriously do you take agreeing to be a couple in the swinging community?

For me I have been poly for 7 years and I like my independence and freedom. I am happy to have a new regular but I still want my independence and freedom as an individual, I just can’t be doing with a jealous, possessive and manipulative nature…. I need to be free?

I am new to swinging is this acceptable?

Swingings a broadchurch as it were, all sorts of combinations happening so yes it’s acceptable to some to others it won’t be. I personally prefer the freedom of being a single Pringle

It did not work for me as we had different prefences and attitudes in relation to playing. Still loking for someone. Nevertheless, very happy with the freedom of being single.

More than acceptable!

There's no reason why you can't take one another seriously AND you both have space too.

It's difficult to find those with the same equal amount of time to spend in swinging though (that's how it's been for me)

So would it still be classed as taking it seriously, if you have to wait around for one another?

I'm not sure.....

I think it will raise its ugly head as you swing, quite early on. It's a chance you take isn't it, part of the learning curb, as such - but it could even happen to married couples too.

Sometimes you can tell via communication on here, way before you meet (I don't want to give away the clues on the forum)

...

What I do know though, it's difficult for us singles to find only one - with similar lifestyle, no commitments and enough time on each others hands ....

As a single male I’ve found it much easier to meet in a club/party initially to form this kind of dynamic with someone.

It’s great being able to have a lady friends to attend clubs with. We arrive together, do our own thing when in the club/party, still check on each other throughout the night and always leave together

Always put our names down for events as singles, not looking to couple up with someone just for the sake of getting in somewhere cheaper

I meant to say it’s in a club usually where I’ve met a lady for the first time, we’ve socialised, got to know each other etc. Sometimes we play, sometimes we don’t but if we hit it off I’ll exchange contact details so we can talk more.

But if there’s issues regarding travel then yes, she’s more than welcome to go into the club if arriving before me and I’ll meet her inside. Although most times we’ll get a hotel for the night, split the cost and travel to the club and back together if that makes sense?

also in the past the couples that gave the most problems during meets were mainly fuckbuddies and friends with benifits ...

came here as a widow to find a regular female friend with benefits

ended up finding a male husband here instead

together we were looking for a regular female friend with benefits,

we found one,

but her situation gets in the way,

we found another for a while

but she was heading in different directions to us with her preferences, so we don't see her now

we all do what suits us best I guess.

When you state nsa it most times doesn’t end in that way more then less they will develop feelings. In my cases

Still do your own thing but try a fwb couple for a added bonus walk away anytime

Just be honest from the start explain do/Dont’s and where the line is drawn.

Interesting idea. As someone who is looking to play mainly with couples I quite fancy the idea of teaming up with another woman to make a foursome. However I accept that's unlikely. I did also wonder about teaming up with another male to offer services to women as a MFM. However I doubt there's much of a market for either!

As a singleton I have found it much easier to meet women/men/couples on my own.

Time constraints/availability of one or other person, and differences in likes /dislikes makes it too much head work to consider anything else, or viable for a swing partnership here.

This is me! I think what you're proposing is perfectly acceptable as long as you can team up with someone with the same mindset.
