So im a crossdresser who wants to be female full time whos feeling ashamed feeling like this from time to time i go through phases where im fine dressing then other times it get that bad i throw all my clothes/wigs ect in the bin because i find it hard to accept this is who i am.. i want to come out and fill time dress but any time i start building the courage i get terrible anxiety and worry what people will think of me and even think to myself just be happy as a male and deal with it . Its mentally draining .. anyone any advice or been through it?

You sound very confused at the moment Kara.

Do you feel you’re female or do you just enjoy ‘dressing’ so much you want to do it full time?

Lots of cross dressers purge on a regular basis, feeling bad about what they do, so you’re far from alone.

One thing I have come to realise is, it doesn’t matter if you’re trans or a cross dresser, you can’t run away from who you are.

You’ll feel a whole lot better when you accept yourself.

Well bless you for what your feeling, if your 100% on been dressed as a female then go for it..check out online and see if there are any Miss T nights.. I used to see a guy who cross dressed..didn't want to be female..he went to these nights and changed in to his female clothes there like loads if other guys did, was always a good night and every one felt comfortable with who they were and how they dressed. It takes some bottle to come out then even go out in to the public dressed as a female..build up your courage and go for it..never mind what other people say, just remember every one get's the piss took out of them no matter what their sexuality is. Maybe even go to a unknown area to you that's got that scene, Blackpool and Manchester have a banging night life for every one that's lbgtcd, do you have friends that enjoy the same as you? maybe get help from the help line telephone from guys that have or are going through the exact same as you.
