That question needs to be contextualised a bit. It's clearly got more in it than just your dick, but what is the whole point of the photo from your perspective, or for that matter the perspective of the person you have sent it to.

Our profile is clear that we don't want to see dick pics, so if you had sent us a picture showing your dick we would consider it a dick pic.

Of course, it's subjectual, and others will think otherwise.

I consider this more of a body photo.

Admittedly, yes my dick is out, so can see your reasoning, but the focus is not on the dick.

It's a full frontal nude photo OP. Thankfully not a very close up graphically explicit car-crash Dick-Pic with absolutely no other body part visible...I personally cannot connect to just a Dick-Pic...

Not at all , to me a dick pic is a pic of a dick with very little else visible, as in close up .

Your pic ( to me ) is a full body shot
