Many won't reply to profiles that don't display verifications. If you attend a social or a club, you'll be able to swap verifications with others and increase your chances of replies.

Face pics make all the difference to a lot of people, I won't reply to anyone who either doesn't have them on their profile or doesn't send them with their first message.

We all have genitals and a body so that's a given but it's the face for a lot of people that is the deciding factor.

Lack of face pics don't seem to be an issue for single women on Fab. I reckon less than 1% have a face pic but don't have an issue meeting on here at all.
