Gentle nerves are part of what make it all fun and worth doing.

I do but its mostly happy nerves and part of the excitement. Just remind yourself you don’t have to do anything that your uncomfortable with and always have the right to cancel or stop any meet at any time if your not happy so you have nothing to be nervous about. If they’re worthy of your time then they’ll be friendly, polite and do their best to put you at ease, though there probably a good chance they’re just as nervous x

I think if there weren’t any nerves anymore, it’d be time to stop.

I suffer terribly with my nerves, that's why I'm not a big fan of meeting new people. I like to keep my circle small lol

We went to Jaydees for the first time at the weekend. No intention other than to enjoy each others company. Still spent half hour in the car sat outside getting ourselves mentally prepped to walk in!!

Not at all, I have nerves of steel. I think it's because most other people just rarely do things that puts them out of their comfort zone, so meeting someone new is kind of unnerving to them.

In your bed

I think we are less nervous about going out to a club as we know what to expect.

But that first approach is always an area of uncertainty as you never know how others will react to you trying to initiate contact.

Once you know the answer, E.g. Hi or fuck off (OK no one has ever said fuck off.)

Then the nerves pass. I think the trickiest thing is when you say hi but the conversation quickly runs dry. It makes it harder to judge whether they are into you or not.

But we tend to just move on. It's a bit like speed dating in that way.

I always find it makes me nervous meeting people in any context, and worry or overthink things, or judge myself afterwards too.

Going to clubs no longer makes me nervous but I'm probably more nervous about approaching people there than I would be on a pre-arranged meet. And the more I find someone attractive, the more nervous I get, the more I judge myself,...

Is this what I have an issue with as well the say hi you chat then it’s like are they up for playing. Normally if I say they can spank my bum normally is a good indication

I get them! More so when getting ready for a meet, I take my time and get into feeling of what might happen, take a minute to appreciate that I’m going to be looking fabulous, I’ve chosen an outfit that works for me, not anyone else and then own it x

Yeah, nervous on first meets. Makes that first meet more intense but also makes subsequent meets more relaxed and better in a different way.

Always a bit nervous walking into a club though!

Depends on the meet.

We used to get nervous but not much anymore. Depends if it's a "first" we are doing or not.

We do, especially if we are hosting. That one of the reasons we insist on a social first. That way we can all get to know each other, flirt by message after and then have a more comfortable playdate together. Still get butterflies and hope we live up to expectations tho

Had a meet a few weeks ago and when I met the lady for some reason. I couldn't stop shaking. Literally had to use her couch to grip on to I was shaking so much. She was kissing me wondering wtf. After a few minutes we went upstairs and she undressed me. Onc I saw I wasn't to nervous to porform I calmed down. Happily third meet tomorrow.

Yep mrs much more than Mr gets nerves. Also not just about the sex aspect but about the social chemistry as that's important to us. However, a couple of drinks and once the chat starts flowing its a lot easier. Its why Mrs fantasy is more just randomly meeting others like us than planning as the planning involves nerves.however, randomly meeting swingers when not at a specific event it hard (but we have done it before).

I think we have things round the wrong way, we enjoy clubs and don’t really get many nerves but haven’t had the courage to meet another couple outside of clubs.

We have the ‘what if they’re not attracted to us’ and fear the awkwardness
