Shouldn't clubs or organised events be asking for proof of vaccination or at least a test done 24 hours before the day?

Tends to be a pre-requisite for attendance to clubs and events venues.

Double jab / negative pvc or laterial flow tests via nhs app seems to be the standard to gain access to most.
