How the heck do you sift through all the creepy messages to find a genuine person?

If they have no words on their profile or no profile pic: immediate delete. A hi message the same. If they can’t be bothered to make an effort, I can’t be bothered to look!

You normally know within 3 or 4 messages if they are absolutely not worth the effort but then it begins. Techniques in your messaging to see what response you get. Fab is a crazy place and very hard work. We use it as a tool and not the only way. Well once clubs and socials are safe to return too that is.

My profile is pretty hidden. I mostly ignore the messages I receive (bar the odd one that stands out) I hunt for those who take my fancy and I approach them first.

Works for me, I’ve had some great meets !

Use the filters so your able to find. I'd put further information but these threads are open to anyone to see which wouldn't help as they would see and change tactics

My filters are pretty tight, too! I wish you could filter your inbox by verified by 2+ meets x

Quickest way to shift through is click delete all after that leave a status so hopefully only the genuine ones do

Ignore the messages.

Sometimes you'll need to do some trawling... Filter and read through profiles in your area.

You might see a person that piques your interest and drop them a line.

That's how my bf found me on here and we've been dating for over two years now. Woohoo.

It's rare I find someone I'd want to meet nowadays tbh, I'm not meeting at min anyway.

All I can say, is spend time getting to know people and go at your pace
