Missing verifications

Can anyone shed any light on reasons as to why verifications that we have been sent have not been received please. Looked under acct and manage verifications but they aren't there. 2 have gone missing now.

If the person leaving you a verification is outwith any of your filters, they don't seem to come through.

If this might be the case, remove all filters and ask them to write it again.

If that doesn't work..... I have no idea

Thanks.

I have already had regular email contact with the people sending the v's so didn't expect to have problems. I've received from a single male non friend previously without problems.

I will do as you suggest and see what happens.
