Honestly - not bad looking from what we can tell. Some people hate them, but a tasteful dick pic wouldn't hurt - tasteful, mind!

There's not much to start a conversation from though. Maybe say a little about yourself, what you like, what interests you have. 6our last line might cause concern - either your condition needs consideration from prospective partners, in which case you maybe need to say a bit more, or it doesn't, in which case don't mention it until you're chatting to someone. Just my thoughts.

this, if more did this then we wouldnt get endless help threads, i used to reply to them and offer advice, but none was ever taken, so dont bother now, now just see them as look at me threads in desperation, harsh but true sorry

As for the last bit 'And going along with being upfront I do have a rare muscle condition however I don't let it stop me from doing what I want and having a good time.', I have a couple of questions.

1. If you don't let it stop you from doing what you want and having a good time, why do you feel the need to mention it?

2. Would anyone who meets you notice it if you didn't say anything, if not, why do you feel the need to mention it?

The biggest thing that stands out about your profile is the lack of relevant information.

Yes, you're looking to have fun. We all are.

The question is, what kind of things are you into, and more importanty, perhaps even most importantly, what do you have to offer. What is someone going to get out of a meet with you?

One of the best techniques if you are struggling browse other profiles you might come across something that sounds just like you.

I'm not advising you to copy and paste but as a suggestion for ideas to get the brain to focus rather than struggling where to begin the rest should just come across naturally.
