Fresh meat - fade away

We're not actually sure what we're after with this post, maybe advice? Maybe a bit of solidarity? A check of the profile to make sure all is ok? Maybe all of the above? But it has gone ridiculously quiet here for us lately. Not so much with single guys (granted, we've had hardly anything that has interested us lately, but we know if we search a bit we're sure to find a gem or two) but with couples.

When we first joined, we seemed to be making connections left right and centre, we had so many WhatsApp group chats going on that we lost track frequently! And when one fizzled out, it wasn't long before a new couple popped up to pique our interest. Over the last few months tho, it has gone on an ever decreasing spiral of nothingness.....we barely get couples having a gander at us let alone forming fun, flirty connections with any.

As the title suggests, is it a case of new faces for a while before it dissipates? Have any of you sexy couples experienced the same? Or are going through a very quiet patch on here lately? We think we've got a pretty decent page but maybe it's not quite as good as we think?

We're very aware that clubs are definitely the way to go and as soon as we can get to one, we'll be there, we can't wait! But until then, this is our outlet for meeting people and with restrictions lifting and things getting back to normal, I guess we were hoping for more opportunities.

Guess we're curious to know if others are in the same boat and it's just a general slow period?

Thank you in advance sexies and we hope you're all having a lovely day

Paul and Alyson x x

I would blame corona, lots of people don't wanna spend a long time planning meets. It isn't anything you're doing wrong.

When you first join Fab it can seem almost overwhelming when you’re bombarded with endless messages let alone winks, views and Fabs.

It seems like the promised land then a few months down the line you’re left wondering what happened as the messages and interest seem to dry up.

It happens to a lot of us but it will settle down and even out.

Keep joining in on the forums, keep your profile up to date and most of all treat it as a bit of fun.

Oh it’s certainly an eye opener and there will be times when you’ll tire of it all and question what you’re doing.

For us it’s added to what we already have and we’ve made good friends.

Clubs are great fun too.

Enjoy xx

We know what you're talking about all to well.

Getting any sort of interaction with local people on fab lately is a chore. It either fizzles out or it's a catfish attempt.

We're hosting a social event soon (and we know a few are legit fab members) so hopefully that pans out for us. Maybe consider doing something like that yourself?

I've noticed much the same OP.

When you're new, it takes a while to get seen, but before long you're either becomming familiar to others, or you're fibding the same profiles popping up in your searches

In my experience it tends to go in waves - sometimes it is super busy and loads of messages. Other times it is tumble city. There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason to it. It is just how it is.

I think people are just enjoying being out, being busy and I guess many have existing fab friends that they want to reconnect with first. It's quite nice in some ways that there's less need for the virtual.

Agree on this one. We have had full weekends seeing friends and family and with current restrictions we just haven't got to planning a meet. I'm sure in a month or two connections and meets will improve. Know we swapped messages with the op and interest is there but life is just a bit hectic for us (and guessing others) at the mo.

Oh we found we were swamped when we first signed up! But yeah, it does seem to be a lot of the same profiles as well
