and to be honest your spelling and grammar isn't bad at all.
One small thing in your header it says "lift" I think you mean "life".
There's no magic message. Just keep it brief and introduce yourself, possibly mention something about their profile.

I struggle with the first message I send to people makes me look like a Idiot because they think I haven’t read there profiles even tho I read every profile I go on.I would really be grateful if people could look at my profile and tell me if it reads ok.thanks in Advance.
