Just looking at kits to do this to myself....

so a pot to heat it in and use a spatula or one of these things that looks like a solid stick deodorant?

Thanks in advance

Depends on where your waxing

I find the wax beads are best for bikini line as it's less pain

Hi check out YouTube

There’s loads of great instructional vids, especially on the sugaring techniques

It’s a good watch as it’s bordering on porn lol

Don’t know how some have got past the censorship

Legs and arms at first...

Which areas are you waxing? One of my friends uses wax strips for her legs as they are reasonably priced and not messy. I am too clumsy to do any sort of home waxing so use an epilator on my legs and get my other bits waxed by someone else!

Legs and arms I think.

I don’t grow much hair on my foof or under my arms now as I was having them lasered until covid stuffed that up.

I use the veet pots you heat in microwave... I use an old fashioned butter knife to apply the wax (thin/blunt blade and it 'scrapes' the skin nicely)

I wax my legs and foof (all over)... The good thing with veet wax is you can wash it off easily if it becomes too much

Well no, not quite. I find that an epilator works reasonably well on all the bits that I can reach, but they don't agree with everybody's skin.

If I lived closer, I'd come help wax your bits you can't reach, and you could epilate the bits I can't reach. After more than a year since anyone did my back, I dread what it must be like. It's one thing for women to run their fingers through my long silky hair, but perhaps not so nice when the hair is sprouting from my shoulder blades...

Hope you are well xxx

Newcastle upon Tyne

my flat mate and I bought wax beads and a pot off amazon and have been waxing at home ever since. It’s definitely painful and takes some time to get used to but it’s worth it
