A few times now I have tried to.contact Admin with no.joy however as soon as my gold or silver.membership is about to run out they all in my.inbox any one else have same problem or am I doing somthing.wrong??

The same support from Admin is available to standard and site supporter members, which is limited. Users typically get help from the forum, such as via posting this one.

If we contact Admin directly, there should be no expectation of direct replies, due to the volume of users and limited resources. The messages before expiry are computer generated.

You can ask for help with most things in the forum, subject to the terms and conditions here.

The mail reminding you that your SS is running out is an automatic one

Depends on what the query is as to if they answer as explained on the upgrade page before you upgrade.

If your query isn't a personal or upgrade one then maybe if you give people on the forum an idea they may be able to answer
