I have just been messaging the friend of a guy i tried to talk to a few weeks ago. Suddenly he is say X likes you and send pics i will pass them on....i know je is just looking for pictures and i will be a joke to him....

No one ever asks what makes someone that unsure about themselves they send explicit pictures to someone that thought was a friend

Awww big cuddle gurrl you know what you do, my friend taught me this method and I cherished this advice.

Take baby steps to overcome anything set little goals and then gradually you can overcome things.

So for example work on learning thats not the friend you thought they were and then you can work on the pictures you set and so on. Hope I made sense and could give you some upliftment. Xxxx mwah

The best advice I can give you is to have a serious think about why Fab isn’t working so great for you. Have a break if necessary.

Make Fab work for you rather than the other way round.

There’s lots of tools e.g message filters, that allow you to be in charge of your experience.

When I came back 4 years ago I made a little list of rules that I would follow like not giving out my number unless I have actually met them. This time round I have really been enjoying myself ( Covid apart)

Remember. We are the ones in demand!!

Set yourself a rule not to send pictures to anybody for a bit and look to your partner for support in that.

If you're feeling unsure about yourself you need to know that certainty can't be found where you're looking.

Take a little break from chatting with others and take care of yourself.
