Hi... I’ve been on the site (on and off!) for years and have had nothing but a great experience on the site. This is the first time I’ve felt the need to ask for advice. An obnoxious individual is messaging me after blocking me ... so I can’t block her to avoid receiving her messages. Is there a solution? Thanks in advance!

You can still block someone who's blocked you.

Go on their profile via the message & the menu bar is still available at the top, press it & the option to block is there.

If they're being abusive you can also report them

Like above yes you can still block the exact same way you block anyone. Just press the drop down and block .

I'm sure this way works too .. just open one of her messages and you should see a BLOCK option - just click that and job done

Yes it’s a crafty move to do that, block and remove it to send you a message then block you again.

If you get their profile up, even though they have blocked you, you can go to the top and side menu and still block them.

I have a stalker who has blocked me. I want to block her too but I have only had messages from other people to say she has made comments etc. about my status (on her status?) So obviously unblocks me occasionally to stalk when she can see I'm offline but then re-blocks me. So I cant use the above method. Any other way?

Yeah,just go to your own block list.

Above that list is an option to block anyone.

If you know their fab name.

If you know the username of the person you want to block then go to your own profile and then delete your username in the url and put theirs instead and you will get to their profile saying you can't view this profile but can then click the menu button at the top to block their profile.

Your status updates are visible even if you're blocked. They won't be showing on their feed but if they go to their block list, they can see all the status updates.
