Single to couples profile

My partner has recently joined under a single female profile but has found that it has been changed to a couples profile without asking.

Does anybody know why this happens, she can't ask the question herself as anyone newer than 14 days can't ask in the forum.

If your partner does not meet people alone where you are not involved in any way then the site would probably not consider that a single profile, and if it was brought to their attention it would be changed to a couples profile. Have seen that happen many many times.

Thanks that does make sense, she doesn't have anything on her profile suggesting that and now can't message people that won't meet couples.

Use the contact option on the bottom of the home page and then select a mod or admin did something and I have a comment

You can say what had happened and they usually give you feedback

Devil had that happen to her single account, because she mentioned this account and having a partner. It didn't matter that she was very clear on her single profile that she meets as a single lady during the week. Only when she took the mention about this profile off her single profile, it got changed back to single. It took a few message exchanges with admin.
