If it's set as a private group. No one but members can see it. I'm in the Eureka cougars and cubs group

As was mentioned before if the group is private then you are relatively safe but make sure you keep an eye on the group status because if it changes to closed then anyone can see who the members are. Also it's a good idea to have your general settings to friends only
