If I have blocked someone, can they still see when I'm online and my status? If I was on their hotlist previously. Xx

Only if they have blocked you back. I can see the status of people on my blocked list x

You can see the profile updates, if you click on your blocked list on your profile.

Yes they can both even with counter blocking I'm afraid but only by checking you on their block list ...
