Major headache?

Last night while using my rabbit and straining to reach orgasm there was a terrible pain at the back of my head/neck.

A real pounding pain so much so I had to stop and this morning I have a headache still.

Has anyone experienced this?

Yes. The reason is in your opening lines "straining" it is quite common

You may not have high BP, but during periods of stress (which is effectively what your body is undergoing) your blood pressure rises - it is quite natural. The side-effects can include headaches and a feeling of lethargy - next time, just cum a bit quicker.....

Alternatively you have pulled or strained a facet joint in your neck.

This can cause a head ache and /or neck pain. If it doesn't resolve with 10 mins of ice applied on top of cloth to the affected area every 2 hours for a couple of days then you might need to see your chiropractor.
