Had a weird conversation with a supposed single woman green flag verified. But they way they spoke just didn't get the impression they were a female. They also asked to meet last night

So I'm sure you can't but can u fake a green flag or worse hack an account?

It's unlikely but not impossible. If you've got suspicions report the profile explaining why and admin can take a look
