I'd like to know if it is possible to transfer my photos from my single profile to our couples profile, as I no longer have access to them, only from here. Thanks in advance. Marianne x

I don't think that's possible. Easiest way I can think of is to take screengrabs of the old profile and then upload them again. A bit cumbersome, but only thing I can think of!

I think you can probably download them from your profile.

"I think you can probably download them from your profile."

Aha, you're right! That'd be the thing to do OP. You can open one of your photos, right-click and save it.

I had the same problem, I had photos on this site that I no longer have copies of. I successfully downloaded them by using the "save image as" facility. (Apple computer but must also be on PCs. ) Once I had them back in my desktop. I was able to send them to another site.

Preferably if you are using a proper computer, those pesky android & apple things often do stuff differently!

Press and hold the image, you can save it on any mobile device.

You may have to crop the image slightly to get rid of the fab watermark at the bottom. But easy enough to do!

it's for a couple profile so the watermark shouldn't be a problem, hopefully, thank you
