Pics uploading from files

Can someone tell me if I'm doing something wrong every time I try and upload something it says chose file when I hit that it does nothing and cant access pics etc to upload.

I'd check your permissions. Make sure your Web browser is allowed access to the files and media.

If you're trying on your phone, go to the phone settings and it should be under permissions, maybe you'll have to select privacy/security first.
