I went to see my doctor about this a few years ago I told him I dont suffer with premature ejaculation but I was worried because every time I sneeze I have an orgasm and come...he said its not uncommon and many men suffer from it I asked him if there was anything I could take for it and he prescribed a course of white pepper!
