How to cut down volume of messages?

Hi, Im getting a little overwhelmed by the amount of messages that I receive on here and would greatly appreciate any advice on how I might be able to trim these down without having to read them all.

Im currently getting about 100 messages a day and am finding it increasingly difficult to keep on top of them, admittedly around 99 of these are usually poison pen letters from irate people regarding my forum posts but I'm still having to read them before I can move on.

Please help as its starting to get me down somewhat

Just delete all that arent from your friend list or put on your profile a word they have to repeat in the subject box.

Hope you are ok though.

Are most of these 'unwanted' messages from men or women? Noticed on your profile that although you are looking for women and couples, you do NOT say that are not looking for men...? If it's men who are 'dissin' you, then just go into the message filters AND account/personal details and sort it.

We don't get many messages each day, but those we do get are generally quality.

We have a lot of messages on a daily basis, we decided to put in our profile a subject that had to be quoted if you sent us a message..

If they don't quote it, the message gets deleted.

Thanks, even total gobshite wind up merchants have feelings, which I tend to find people don't realise.

So is your mailbag as full as mine then? I'm getting fed up of waking up every morning and having to empty it, sometimes 3 or 4 timess a day

It wouldn't be quite so bad if I could tempt a woman into coming round and emptying it for me but I'm unable to contact any. Think they all must have accidently blocked me, that's just my luck

A couple of options for your problem....get Admin to block you perm from posting....or get them to disable you so you don't get any mail at all.

Why not put your mobile number on your profile so people can ring you instead of mailing. It would be quicker than having to type back to them all.

Also if you put on your profile that every 50th mail will get a shag....
