Anal preparation

So I’m looking for advice on preparing myself for anal I’ve always douched myself etc with no problem but my last time I had a nightmare embarrassing moment which I’m not looking to ever go through again any advice many thanks xx

Try not eating the day off

Normally if I have a planed meet I skip eating till after the meet

And normal find triple doucheing works best for me

Ie the night before meet then in the morning and then 1-2 hours before meet x

I just use a nozzle attachment that goes on the shower hose. Never actually put it all they way up there as I cant control the pressure and you dont want to force water further up than it needs to be otherwise it might make a reappearance at an inopportune time.

You don't need much water to clean out for play, 1 litre MAX, 500ml is often plenty. The trick is to have two goes at it, call it a clean, expel, and then another to rinse.

Well, alot of advice I don't think is needed, just don't eat 2hrs before and douche 1hr before and all should be fine.

However, if engaging in anal, accidents may happen anyway, if you are not prepared for that then probably avoid it
