Cam wont work in chat, any advice

My cam wont work, it says its on and the icon is there, but no one can view me, HELP!!!!!!!

You'll need to download the software before plugging in your cam you can gets these from windows update hope this helps

I had to change browser to Google Chrome. Hope you have sorted in now though x
