Mindfulness and relaxation rather than anything involving sandpaper

Also interesting are some of the "h*pnotic" cock hero style videos on pornhub. They are a bit like mindfulness/relaxation videos but for masturbation purposes.

Basically learning to understand how your body feels and focus on controlling it a bit. Being "present", "in the moment", "relaxed", "focused", etc, all those mindfulness buzzwords!!!

Not a fella so not 100% sure, but I think there are desensitising creams you can get that sort of numb the bellend a bit? Maybe try online Boots etc) or speak to GP.

Also agree with condoms. I’ve had a few fellas moan that condoms desensitise them a bit (although they might have just been saying that!). Maybe experiment with the different brands as some are thicker/thinner.

Maybe have a stealth wank before a meet so you don’t pop straight away.

And maybe chat to the person who you’ll be giving a seeing to and explain that sometimes you occasionally cum quick, just so that they are aware.

This works too, as long as the 13th pint doesn't give you Mr floppy.

You could also aim to cum at least twice in a meet, expect the first to be a quickly, after that the second usually takes more work... Like a stealth wank but without the stealth, or wank.... Just tell her she is so special you want to do her at least twice

Years ago for a while I was having issues with cumming too soon, I got some desensitizing spray from Boots iirc.

While it did indeed work on me, it also had the same effect on her too.

You can buy desensitising condoms, they have an additive at the end. They work
