Anyone else had someone (saying they are female), send your pics to other couples pretending to be them? Had 2 couples today contact us saying someone is using our pics. Such a pisstake

Take your status down as it’s against site rules and report the person.

I know you’re pissed off but just play by the rules and get them that way.

Picture stealing is becoming popular of late. Just been on another forum and some OP had the ordassty to use another picture to start a thread. Well, he got found out. What's the matter with people.

We have had it done a few times in the past, we actually had one person message us last year using some of our pictures asking if we wanted to meet claiming to be a couple with our pictures, the profile soon disappeared when we confronted them about our pics. Even had a guy using my cock pictures pretending they were of him, was shocked as im sure there are better cock pictures on here lol. But yes itsa pain and it takes a while for fabs to do anything about it we have found.

I once had a well established photo verified guy on here messaging my mrs, when I checked his profile he had several of our pics in his public gallery which he had obviously downloaded months earlier and was now making them out to be his own.

We reported him, the pics of ours were removed from his account. He wasnt banned though which was really disappointing.

I've since removed all pics and reuploaded with watermarks in to try and prevent some douchbag doing it again

I had someone guy view my profile, when i looked at his profile pic........I was like, thats me!!!!

He had set up a profile and used all my pics. I messaged him and he very quickly removed his profile!

Yep! A couple using Kitty’s older pics from when we started and they weren’t that good. Another couple we were chatting with recognised it from our friends own album. So I reported to admin. Cos they were sending via Kik admin could only warn them which caused the thieves to have a go at us! They claimed it was an accident!

Not impossible really even if they’ve implemented code to prevent right click etc... simple to screen snip a picture and voila got a copy which is one of the reasons fab doesn’t bother and it’s also in the faq I believe

It’s happened to us a few times, we’ve also warned our friends on occasions where we’ve seen their pictures being used by fakers..

We watermark our pictures now which will hopefully prevent them being used in the future.

While it won’t stop stealing it makes things harder if you watermark your pics - ideally right across the “interesting bits” so they cannot be cropped.

I had one who was so sarcastic telling me I had this girls picture on my profile and it wasn't me as she sent the picture to him he wouldn't have it that it was my picture and p took it after 10 minute of him going on he blocked me.
