Removing Sent pics/ deleting

I did see the owner of the site say that if you delete the picture from galleries on here it will also delete the sent 1, but that won't help if it was sent direct from device

Don't know if folk intend to delete a picture they have sent or the reason behind it.

Are you aware the recepient can save the said picture to their device ?
