about 11 years ago I had a circumcision that went wrong after a second operation I'm glad to say everything is now spot-on - except for the sensitivity.

It can take me ages to cum, and I rarely feel any blow job or handy work unless the lady is rough, especially during sexual intercourse.

Sounds like she may have used the Tingle lube, I know durex do it but not sure if other brands do, it Definitely gives a menthol/tingle effect.

There are warming and cooling lubes that do contain ingredients to give you obviously the feeling on the heat or the chill, maybe it was one of those.

maybe concentrate also on the mental side of it all, things you find visually and mentally stimulating not just the physical parts.
