I think there is a workaround... Even once you’ve deleted a message/thread they all come back once the recipient replies. So, maybe you could send another message to them ask that they reply to your previous message.

Obviously if they have deleted it too then your out of luck.

Yes you can. When I site supporter once you msg that person again or they msg you, history of chat appears
