So just looking for tips to get back to swinging after covid and now we have a baby, so after tips on what to do with the little one when she's a little older.

We would like to be able to meet couples for socials and play.

Attend the odd club and event, although we prefer meets from here as we are both quite shy and never seem to get much luck at clubs.

Baby sitters could work but would prefer to leave the little one with friends or family, but what can we say we were up to during the night? Especially if it's a sleep over.

We go for couple's weekends "away" periodically, which may or may not involve going to a swingers club rather than vanilla bar. When people ask what we did, we talk about the social/having a drink or a dance side and skip the sex part *shrug*

I agree with the date night after that it’s nobody’s business

I agree with the date night, and family tend to offer with a “wink wink nudge nudge anytime you two want some alone time just shout” kind of offers - so take them up on it!

(Even if it’s just to catch up on sleep and not shag endlessly!)

Adoption?

No seriously take any kind opportunity from kind friends and family. Raising a child is difficult and the more help you can muster from friends and family the more everyone benefits. Its both good for you both to get some adult time together and great for the baby to bond with others who love it. Just remember to take some time for just the both of you to bond alone as well as time with others. Also you may find you just enjoy the baby free time to do nothing and rest.

We struggle with this as we don't have a support network of friends and family who can take little one overnight.

"We struggle with this as we don't have a support network of friends and family who can take little one overnight. "

Do you have any trusted friends with kids a similar age or something, where you could take turns, maybe? It is hard without family nearby, definitely.

We never tell fibs about where we are going. If we are off to Blackpool it's a weekend away in Blackpool with friends as we like the bars there, and we always say we stay in adult only hotels so no kids. That's stops families asking for recommendations for hotels. Don't have to tell everyone what sex life you are having once back to your hotel. As for the weekend away in Derby we say we are off to see friends and stay at theirs. Not untrue. We might have had to pay for an overnight stay @ the Attic but we class Debs n Ron as friends so again not an untruth. It's all about being versatile with the truth. Once you start fibbing about where you are going you just may trip yourself up. Have a great journey in this lifestyle, a great release from the stress of life
