You are a good honest poster and in my top ten of favorite posters on here.

I know life can be shit but please know that you have the power to make people that you don’t know and will never meet smile!!

You are special and maybe just maybe people close to you need to let you know this.

Maybe, lockdown has given people plenty of time to think about how their lives are going - thinking is never good for you

On the other hand, could just be an off day and a good night's sleep will sort you out.

I had that yesterday. The world felt like it had crumbled on me and I wanted to crawl under a rock. I wallowed in the crap all day.

Look at the comments already people have made, get a g&t, put on some music. And remember because of you a song cheers a friend up because of memories they have of fun with you. Someone has a gift that you have given them and it means the world to them.

Take time to care for you tonight, Tomorrow is a new day and get up in the morning, dust yourself off and let that shine of yours sparkle.

And if none of that works here's a big bloody hug sending you much needed love

Stop it!

Ok. Not that simple. If you haven’t already, I’d just go to bed. I usually get an early night in if I’m feeling meh. Why suffer through it? Get some shut eye, hopefully have good dreams, have a bit of a lie in and wake up the next day with loads of energy.

Keeley, for what it's worth I always enjoy seeing your posts on the forum, as much as I enjoy seeing your completely gorgeous profile picture!

You always seem straight with people without being mean, and that is a great thing to read on here.

I hope you feel better about things soon; I know it's not an easy mood to just snap out of

Again, I don't know you either, but I hate to see anyone feeling down as I often feel that way myself.

You just have to hang in there and do something that you enjoy or makes you happy, sonethi g that will take your mind off of things or help change your mood. For me I find exercise work a treat.

The world can be so hard at times but it doesn't last forever so know that thigs will always get better

Must be something in the air this weekend as I had a crushing feeling on Friday after some stuff at home left me feeling worthless.

Anyway, all I can do is echo the others, they’ve given some great advice and also pointed out what we can all see (a beautiful, honest, intelligent and fun poster who makes our day a bit better when we see you) in the hope that we can cut through the dreaded fog of low self esteem.

Have a good Sunday and I hope you feel better soon, keep smiling

I find the best thing to do when you're feeling crap about yourself is talk to other people, people you don't know ,I find it's easier to speak to people about this sort of thing if you don't have emotional attachment s .

I'm glad you're feeling at least a bit better and I agree with another poster that there must have been something in the air yesterday. Myself and my partner had quite a hellish day yesterday, with me getting panic attack just because there were queues to get into some shops (I don't do well standing too long due to my mobility issues). I usually cope relatively well but there was something about yesterday that put me much more on edge. Then what should have been a normal trip to a supermarket to do grocery shopping turned into a nightmare when I realised, at the end of the shopping, you couldn't pay by cash at their Scan&Go checkouts. Staff were not helpful at all, and customer services desk was shut due to "unforseen circumstances". Luckily my partner offered to pay for my shopping (I did not have enough money on my card but had more than enough cash) but then I got "randomly" selected for "quality control" check, which was done by the slowest staff member ever. That did not help with my stress levels and pain from having to stand for longer than expected.

Then, to add insult to injury, my partner's card got declined when he was trying to pay for his shopping. That send him over the edge, as you can imagine. So all in all, not a good day yesterday.

Like many others here, I really appreciate your posts and points of vuew .

Can you get out in nature, which could provide you with some sustenance? The Lickey Hills etc may be a bit overrun today but somewhere quieter may be a good sanctuary to help to refresh and rebuild your spirits.

Otherwise, take it easy and get good rest and nourishment.

Wobble that head and have a chill Sunday.

Personally I think that most of us are knobs on here but the difference is some of us knobs know that we are knobs and are happy in our knob skin but then there are some who think they are special.

You are a great poster as many have said and not all me me me like some on here.

And I honesty only used the forums because of you and your fucking massive forum bollocks.

Kudos

You are in my humble opinion Fabtastic.

Still infinitely betterthan most folks sense, so lots to be positive about. Mindfulness and being present can be useful also.

Too many people try and make out they're perfect, it's nice to chat with someone real, who has ups and downs, and shares them both, stops me feeling like the only one who has bad days
