How do you get confidence..in the swinging world and in life in general?

It's a good question. I think eventually you just decide "sod what others are thinking, I'm going to be me and enjoy the way I look". That's how it feels for me. I used to be quite shy and very body-conscious, believed the media that you can only be happy if you look like one of the supermodels. Swinging and, more recently, naturism, showed me people can be happy with themselves and appear confident no matter what they look like.

As a single Male it can be quite demoralising not getting replies. Patience can also get you confident
