Hi all,

Signed up a while ago and now just getting ready to chat to people more seriously and arrange potential meetups in the near future. I suppose what I'm asking for here is a profile review, or some tips on how to approach others to meet? I'm sexually experienced but new to the swinging world so I'm not used to approaching others for sex and meetups outside of dating and clubs, so in essence I haven't a clue where to start!

Hello. Your profile is great, open and inviting and gives hint of you. Also your profile pic is suitably appealing (lush!) but I'm afraid it's down to patience now. It's a pretty rubbish time to get social sadly so get yourself noticed by posting regular statuses so you show on local updates often.

Thank you! That's definitely reassuring I'm doing something right haha. Yeah, I've been hesitant to open conversation with anyone in particular since it could still be months before anyone is up for meeting, but I'll take your advice on and keep posting

Seeing that meets are for rule breakers right now, and especially seeing that you are interested in experiencing the scene, use this time to talk to anyone and everyone. Identify who is active in your area, who are the connectors (people who run the socials or throw private parties or in some way organising the community) and generally make yourself known. Status updates are good for getting exposure as mentioned above. There may be some group socials happening outdoors, or local chat groups set up online on kik etc.

OR you can approach women for one-on-ones like you would on a conventional casual dating site/app, with extra freedom to be explicit about sexual desire. Be mindful of unverified women's profiles, personally I block those, they are not worth the trouble IMO. When writing to couples remember that often you are writing to the man and consider that eeer the woman may be entirely inactive.

People's profiles should give a clue whether they're a hardcore swinger, an outsider dipping a toe, or anything inbetween - there is a lot of variation in approach, level and type of activity and as you contact people you will hopefully find what you are comfortable with
