I know its been asked a million times but I'm after some profile advice please.

I message people who seem to be an exact match for my profile, I'm always polite and introduce myself etc. And say happy to exchange pics if required but never seem to get a reply, what am I doing wrong?

Your not doing anything wrong don’t expect everyone to answer especially couples who get inundated with messages make sure they are an exact match

...it's also a derogatory comment to make about someone, you are suggesting that people who meet lots of people are not worthy, not accepted and to be derided.

I beg to differ i would say at least 80% of guys on here would meet anyone to get action where us girls are fussy and that's where there problems lie x

Exactly, you sent a pic, they looked at your profile and weren't attracted, it goes both ways.

the best advice i can give, is look at the guys profiles that get meets, that should show you what you need to do, but get rid of the bulge pic, put some good ones up, and say abit more about you, not what you are looking for, good luck

Have to agree with the majority, any guy with less than four pictures on their profile, looks like they’re not trying.

The text is, well ok, but nothing that really stands out above some of the other profiles on here.

There’s a thread worth searching for ‘f*ck it!! My profile now reveals the truth’ do a search for it, I’ll guarantee it’s worth reading.

Yes many women and some men are "fussy" as you put it. This doesn't mean that those who are "less selective" meet people they don't find sexually exciting. The only difference is that some people, usually because they have a bigger/more pressing drive, or less inhibitions, find themselves attracted to a wider variety of people. "Some sort of attraction" needed is the default for everyone, not the exception. There is nothing unique about it.

My advice won't be any different to the last 1,000 I gave it.

Don't forget it's not just your profile. If your messages are shit you won't get anywhere. A lot of guys don't realise how awful their messages are, so ask for feedback on yours. Nobody ever takes that advice.

OP.

What you have to learn is that single guys are the majority on here, so where the Ladies are concerned, they can be choosy.

Ladies get inundated with messages, often up to 200, 400 or more per day! Thus, each lady doesn't have the time to answer each and every message.

Thus, your profile and approach has to be like a CV in front of a recruiter. It has to stand out, to grab the attention of those you are approaching.

In short, you have to SELL YOURSELF!

Look through the Forum Index for the many similar threads, and for the advice supplied in turn.

It does work, but any success has to be equalled by your input.

Sorry to sound bitchy, but these things are like CVs.

The readers are stuck for time are looking for a fast reason to delete/pass over your profile and move on to the next. So responses like the one above can be formed in milliseconds.

Writing profiles ain't easy, but using a spell checker is, so take advantage of it. A decent opener is a work of art. That is your chance to make her smile, before the pictures do.

If you want her to take her time, then FFS take your time too!
