"I have an OCD of always keeping my inbox clear of messages. Regardless whether I want to stay in touch with someone or not, I always delete my whole inbox and save the messages I later want to reply to, or I keep them on my friends list or hot list. But I noticed how many people get offended by my behaviour. Is it really rude to delete messages?" Deleting to me shows you are not interested. I tend to think the people that don’t are picture hunters.

We exchanged a few messages. I had about 10 different replies in my inbox so I deleted 9 of them. The couple accused me of not being interested in them and timewaster, then blocked me for deleting some of their replies.

"I guess I'm just not sexy enough " I think people assume that when people delete their messages. But what I'm trying to explain with this thread, it's not always a negative reason why people delete messages
