Account invisible?

A friend of mine on here has her account invisible I cannot see her profile and she cant mail me or see my mail. She has tried to contact The site owners but can’t get a response.

is her profile hidden? if so tell her to click on delete account and there should be an option to unhide her account

Nope i tried that with her we house share shes new on here she hasn't me blocked either. When shes signed in she can see her profile views. And she can move around the site but cant send or recieve messages and can’ even use the upgrade feature.

If you share the same wifi, she may need to photo verify herself. Stops men creating womens profiles as well as their unsuccessful mens one.
